Our 1.2mm Expanded PVC Rolls are a lightweight, flexible and highly versatile material ideal for promotional manufacturing, craft projects, and branded stationery products. Available from stock in White, Black and Red, this smooth‑finish expanded PVC is easy to cut, shape, print, foil and convert, making it a popular choice for a wide range of creative and commercial applications.

Supplied in 30‑metre rolls at 1400mm width, this material is perfectly suited for the production of mouse mats, stationery, coasters, promotional goods, display items, craft pieces and packaging inserts. The soft, expanded structure offers an excellent finish, whilst maintaining enough stability for clean cutting, die‑cutting or CNC shaping.

For customers looking for custom colours, additional shades are available upon request, though longer lead times should be expected depending on stock availability.
