Our Rectaleen White 200 Micron Soft PVC Rolls are expertly engineered using specialised 6p and 7p formulations, making them safe, reliable and specifically engineered for the nursery, childcare and early‑years industries. Manufactured using DOTP plasticiser and completely phthalate‑free, this material specification is designed to be gentle, flexible, durable and ideal for indoor environments used by children.

These nursery grade PVC rolls are available in three premium variations

Roll 1 — Eton Emboss, 6p Formulation

  • 1270mm x 100m
  • Eton emboss offers a linen effect finish

Roll 2 — Eton Emboss, 7p Formulation

  • 1520mm x 100m
  • Eton emboss offers a linen effect finish

Roll 3 — Satin Emboss, 7p Formulation

  • 1505mm x 100m
  • Smooth satin texture for a refined finish

Every roll is soft, easy to sew, weld, print and fabricate, making this material ideal for manufacturers producing nursery goods, protective covers, soft furnishings, early‑years equipment, mats, and more.
