The Carmo 04‑122 Plastic Eyelet (1/2" / 12.7 mm) is a high‑performance, HF/ultrasonic weldable eyelet designed to provide strong, durable reinforcement for holes in banners, tarpaulins, building wraps and technical textile products. Its rounded‑shoulder design is engineered specifically for High‑Frequency (HF) welding, enabling it to fuse cleanly and securely to PVC and PVC/PUR foils for a long‑lasting, reliable joint.

Unlike metal eyelets, Carmo weldable eyelets create a homogeneous welded bond with the base material. This significantly increases pull‑strength — particularly important when working with mesh fabrics — and eliminates issues such as tearing, rusting, staining or fabric damage. The plastic design can also be colour‑matched to the substrate, improving visual finish and supporting easier recycling of PVC and vinyl products at the end of their service life.
