Optimised for High‑Frequency (HF) Welding

Specially developed geometry and PVC formulation ensure strong fusion with PVC foil. HF‑welded plastic eyelets provide significantly higher pull‑force performance than metal alternatives—particularly on mesh materials.

Typical HF welding cycle times:

• 1.5 seconds (single eyelets)
• 2–3 seconds (double eyelets)
  These vary depending on generator type, sheet thickness and number of layers.
