The Carmo 03‑327 Non‑Return Inflation Valve is a high‑quality HF/ultrasonic weldable component designed for inflatables that require quick, straightforward inflation and controlled deflation. Its integrated non‑return mechanism allows air to flow in freely while preventing accidental backflow. When deflation is needed, simply press the base of the valve to release air smoothly and predictably.

Both the geometry and material composition of the 03‑327 valve have been specifically optimised for High‑Frequency (HF) welding, ensuring strong, consistent welds on PVC and PVC/PUR‑based materials. This upgraded design replaces the earlier 03‑664 model while retaining the same proven functionality with improved weld performance and manufacturing precision. 

Manufactured in Denmark using Carmo’s precise injection‑moulding process, the valve offers excellent dimensional accuracy, long‑term durability and dependable performance. Carmo prioritises responsible, sustainable production methods, ensuring each component is made with careful consideration for environmental impact.

For optimal HF welding, the valve is compatible with Carmo’s dedicated 07‑300‑0140 electrode, enabling secure, repeatable results in production environments.
