Carmo 03‑327 HF/Ultrasonic Weldable Non‑Return Inflation Valve – 7 mm Inlet PVC/PUR

The Carmo 03‑327 Non‑Return Inflation Valve is a high‑performance, HF/ultrasonic weldable valve designed specifically for inflatables that require fast, easy inflation and controlled deflation. Engineered with an integrated non‑return function, the valve allows air to enter freely while preventing unintentional backflow. To deflate, simply apply pressure to the base of the valve—ensuring smooth, predictable operation.

Both the material and the geometry of the 03‑327 valve have been optimised for High‑Frequency (HF) welding, making it suitable for secure, repeatable bonding to PVC and PVC/PUR‑based materials. This improved model replaces the earlier 03‑664 valve and continues to deliver the same trusted performance with enhanced weld characteristics and production quality. 

Manufactured in Denmark using Carmo’s precise injection‑moulding process, this valve offers long‑term durability, dimensional consistency and a low unit price. Carmo also places a high focus on sustainability, ensuring all components are produced with respect for environmental impact and responsible materials handling. 

The valve can be HF‑welded using Carmo’s dedicated electrode 07‑300‑0140, ensuring optimal bond quality and a reliable production process.
