As the UK distributor for Carmo, we supply the original 03‑601 HF/ultrasonic weldable threaded flange, manufactured in Denmark to Carmo’s renowned quality standards. This robust, weldable flange features an internal G 3/4" female thread and forms the foundation of Carmo’s modular valve system, making it an essential component for a wide range of inflatable and industrial applications.

Designed for High‑Frequency (HF) or ultrasonic welding, the 03‑601 flange welds securely onto PVC or PUR‑based materials, delivering reliable bonds in demanding environments. Its clever design includes small protrusions on the underside, preventing the flange from sealing unintentionally against the material during vacuum applications — ensuring consistent airflow, stability and dependable performance. 

This flange is widely used across marine, industrial and technical textile sectors, including:

• Inflatable boats and rafts

• Water tanks and ballast bags
• Water bags and flexible reservoirs

As part of Carmo’s modular valve system, this threaded flange is compatible with a full suite of Carmo valves, including inflation valves, vacuum valves, pressure valves and overpressure relief valves.

Manufacturing takes place in Denmark using high‑precision injection moulding, ensuring a durable, dimensionally accurate component with a low unit price and strong sustainability focus in line with Carmo’s environmental production standards.

For HF welding, Carmo recommends electrode 07‑300‑7012 for optimal results.
