Carmo’s threaded neck flange 25mm High‑Frequency (HF) and ultrasonic weldable nozzle is a reliable, technical component engineered for strong, consistent bonds. This PVC option is designed to deliver optimal welding performance making it a preferred choice for those looking for dependable, quality PVC components.

Each nozzle is precision‑manufactured in Denmark using high‑quality injection moulding, ensuring exceptional consistency, durability and a competitive unit price. Carmo maintains a strong focus on sustainability, continually optimising production processes to reduce environmental impact while preserving product performance.

These nozzles are fully optimised for HF welding and can be welded using Carmo’s recommended electrode: 07‑300‑0070. The material composition and design ensure stable welding, long‑term functionality and dependable process repeatability.

This listing is designed specifically for small‑order requirements, allowing you to purchase individual units or low volumes without having to commit to a full box.
