The Carmo 03‑305 Free‑Flow Inflation Valve is a high‑quality HF/ultrasonic weldable valve designed for fast, efficient inflation and deflation of PVC and PVC/PUR inflatables. Featuring an integrated 5 mm fixed plug, this valve provides a smooth free‑flow configuration, allowing air to move rapidly in and out—ideal for applications requiring quick setup, easy handling and repeatable performance.

Both the material formulation and component geometry have been carefully optimised for High‑Frequency (HF) welding, ensuring strong, secure and consistent welds across a range of flexible materials. The 03‑305 replaces the earlier 03‑160 model, offering enhanced weldability, improved dimensional stability and upgraded production quality. 

Manufactured in Denmark using Carmo’s advanced injection‑moulding process, this inflation valve combines long‑term durability with excellent dimensional precision.
