The Carmo 04‑121 Plastic Eyelet (3/8" / 9.5 mm) is a high‑quality HF/ultrasonic weldable eyelet designed to provide strong, long‑lasting reinforcement for holes in banners, tarpaulins, building wraps and technical textiles. Its rounded‑shoulder geometry is optimised to weld securely onto PVC and PVC/PUR foils, creating a fused joint that is significantly stronger than traditional metal eyelets—particularly when used on mesh‑based materials. 

Because the eyelet fuses directly with the base material during HF welding, it resists tearing, will not rust, and will not stain or mark the underlying fabric. The plastic construction also allows for colour matching, creating a cleaner visual finish and enabling easier recycling of PVC and vinyl products at the end of their service life. 

Manufactured in Denmark using Carmo’s precision injection‑moulding process, the 04‑121 delivers consistent dimensions and dependable performance. Carmo places strong emphasis on sustainability, ensuring materials and production methods minimise environmental impact. 

The eyelet is available in several PVC material grades, including versions formulated for extended low‑temperature performance down to –20 °C, and can be HF‑welded using Carmo’s dedicated electrode 07‑403‑0090 for optimal results.
