The Carmo 04‑121 Plastic Eyelet (3/8" / 9.5 mm) is a high‑performance, HF/ultrasonic weldable eyelet designed for strong, durable reinforcement of holes in banners, tarpaulins, building wraps and technical textiles. Its round‑shoulder geometry is engineered to weld securely to PVC and PVC/PUR foils, creating a fused joint that is significantly stronger than traditional metal eyelets—especially when used on mesh materials.

Because these plastic eyelets fuse with the base material during HF welding, they resist tearing, will not rust, and will not stain or damage the fabric. They can also be colour‑matched to surrounding materials, supporting a more seamless appearance and making recycling of PVC and vinyl products far easier at end‑of‑life.

Manufactured in Denmark using Carmo’s precision injection‑moulding process, the 04‑121 eyelet delivers consistent dimensions, excellent performance and strong sustainability credentials, with Carmo placing a high emphasis on responsible material use and reduced environmental impact.

The eyelet is available in multiple PVC material grades, including variants designed for extended temperature performance down to –20 °C. For optimal welding results, it can be HF‑welded using Carmo’s dedicated electrode 07‑403‑0090.
